How to buy Group tickets
1. Get Your Groups Details Together
When you go to buy the tickets, you will need to know:
- The first and last name of each attendee
- the email address of each attendee
- What their meal preference is: standard, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian
- What ticket type they qualify for: Pensioner, Adult or Student
To try and put together this list before you start the process to make it nice and straight forward.
2. Go to your city’s ticketing page
From here, you can select the ticket type and meal type for each person and click ‘book ticket’ to add it to the cart. Once you have done one, you can immediately change the settings to whoever is next on the list and repeat for every ticket – you need to do this 15 time – once for each person – to qualify for the discount.
3. Enter in your groups details
Once you have completed adding the tickets, go to the shopping cart by clicking ‘View Cart’.
You will be able to see the Coupon Discount automatically applied! You can now ‘Proceed to checkout’
Enter in your billing information on the left and YOUR email address for the receipt. On the right-hand side, each attendees ticket type and preference will be listed up, but it needs to be associated to each attendees name – so enter in the first and last name of each attendee and their email address – IF you want to receive all their tickets instead, just enter your email address for each attendee.
4. Make Payment and receive your tickets!
Scroll to the bottom to review a summary of your ticket order and select your payment preference with the fantastic choice of Credit/Debit Cards through our secure Stripe facility, or you can pay via internet banking.
All payments take a few days to process – especially when there are weekends and public holidays – so don’t worry if you don’t get your tickets right away, we have not forgotten!
Once you receive your tickets print them out and keep them in a safe place and bring them along on Friday Night to enter this life transforming conference!
