David Wareham

Engineering Academic in Civil Engineering at the University of Canterbury

Associate Professor David Wareham hails from Canada where he completed his B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and his Ph.D in Environmental Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He has been in academia for 29 years, working in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Tunisia, India and Israel – and will shortly retire from teaching in the Department of Civil and Natural Resources Engineering at the University of Canterbury, where he most recently was also the Dean International and Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor for the College of Engineering.
