Confident Christianity Conference COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

COVID-19 has created an unprecedented disruption to Thinking Matters and our events, and we are working hard to still bring incredible, equipping conferences, other events and resources to a city near you.

By purchasing a Confident Christianity Conference ticket, you understand the following:

Cancellation & Postponement:

Thinking Matters intends to comply with all New Zealand Government Alert level responses and will not operate a conference above Alert Level 1, where restrictions are placed for gatherings over 100 people. As we are likely to sell more than 100 tickets at each of our centers, and as our events are catered, if an Alert Level 2 or above overlaps with the set Conference dates, we will postpone the conference in that center to a later date. As this can be announced any minute, this means we might cancel at the very last minute, and ticketholders will be notified by email and this will be announced on our website.

Postponement

If COVID Alert Level’s are two or above, and there are restrictions on gatherings, Confident Christianity Conference will be rescheduled to a later date. We intend for that date to be in the proceeding months of the original date, however, as some venues and speakers might not be available, the conference might be postponed until the 2022 calendar year. Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date and your ticket will hold its value, meaning if ticket prices have to go up, your ticket will remain the same value.

Refunds

If the new date’s do not work for you, you can request a refund for your ticket, less a $10 admin fee. You can also choose to transfer your ticket into a tax deductible.
