YES! We want to reward you for getting a large group together! So, if you buy 15 tickets you get a 33% discount – that’s 5 tickets free!! To redeem this offer – go to https://conference.thinkingmatters.org.nz/bulk-tickets, scroll down to the Bulk ticketing page and follow the instructions.

You will need the list of names, email addresses and meal preferences before you start this process, as the information for each attendee must be entered at the time you purchase the tickets.

Yes. The registration process involves you giving us your personal details which we will use to identify you on the day, and the ticket speeds this up significantly.  Simply come to the Welcome Desk on arrival and you will be issued with a conference pack including an ID lanyard that will give you access to the conference.

We offer a limited amount of Sponsored Tickets – you can find out about this and apply here

Students/Youth: Include any youth 18 or under (regardless of whether they’re studying) and anyone over 18 enrolled in a tertiary or post-graduate program with their  student ID on the day of the conference. Sorry – no Student ID on the day means no discounted admission.
Pensioner: If you’re 65+ show your Gold Card or ID at the welcome desk on arrival.

Our ticket pricing only allows for us to break-even for all conference costs. However, if you are a beneficiary, you can purchase your ticket as a student with student pricing.

We hope a small number of our key supporters will purchase some extra tickets for those who simply cannot afford to join us.  Please drop us an email explaining your circumstances if you would like to apply for this.  We can’t promise anything – so please also pray for provision in this.  If you have the means to sponsor those who might not – please let us know so we can hold your “extra” tickets aside for those in need – thanks!

Our ticket pricing covers the costs for Saturday only. Our aim is to equip as many people as possible with knowledge and evidences to empower their faith. We require Friday tickets to be included with Saturday due to venue capacity reasons.

Our main speakers will speak at the start and end of the conference in the main auditorium. But session 2 to 6 talks will run simultaneously over three rooms. You choose which talks you want to attend.

No – unfortunately some of our speakers are not able to attend all venues. We will publish details as to which speakers and topics are in which city on our Speakers & Topics page.

We hope to film or audio-record most of the talks given at CCC 2021. We will then make them available afterwards to download through our online store.

A filled roll or sandwich (ham or chicken), something sweet (such as a cake/slice/muffin) and a piece of fruit. Tea and Coffee will also be served throughout the day. There is no cash-option for lunch on-site – but there are cafe’s within a few blocks of all our venues.

We are working with our caterers to offer Gluten Free, vegetarian and dairy free options. Unfortunately we do not offer vegan options or dietary requirements that involve multiple exclusions. Special Dietary requirement meal options may not be available for those who order later than one week before the conference (as this is when we need to give lunch numbers to our caterer).

We are pleased to have a growing number of women speakers joining us each year, and we make special effort to ensure they are included in our program. But unfortunately, there is not a large pool of female speakers available so if you have any recommendations for New Zealand female Christian apologists – please email us and let us know!

In the first instance we would suggest giving your ticket to someone else – they will just need to use your name to get the ticket from the registration desk on the Friday Night or Saturday Morning. They will also need to meet the minimum class of ticket purchased, e.g. Pensioner, Student. A student, or pensioner can use an adult ticket. Should you need to cancel a conference or event registration for any reason, a refund will be made less an administration charge of $15, provided notification is received 7 DAYS PRIOR TO the conference start date. After that date no refunds will be made. Please make your request for a refund to info@thinkingmatters.org.nz
